Julie manages the daily operations of the entire site. She designed the taproom and does all of the work that keeps this thing running. Julie enjoys long walks on the Pearl Beach and Ultimate Frisbee. Josh enjoys long walks on the Pearl Beach and handling all of the licensing, permitting, accounting, and lawyering. He recently treated himself to the AMC A-list movie pass and is dedicated to getting his $$$ worth. Even during that time of year when all of the movies in the theater are awful.

Larry is an accomplished brewer and former president of FOAM. He enjoys long walks on the Pearl Beach and Norwegian Heavy Metal.
Dark Saison 7% ABV
Don’t let the dark color fool you, this beer is light and refreshing. Perfect for the transition from spring and summer.
Imperial Coffee Stout 11.5% ABV
A malty, roasted, thick way to show off Topeca’s coffee. This batch has a hint of guajillo peppers and vanilla to mix it up a bit. Be your own boss and take advantage of this amazing opportunity while it lasts.
Lager- Munich Dunkel 5.2% ABV
The 1990s country western dark lager. A tall, dark, and handsome Munich Style Dunkel that plays a tune of roasted and rich malts while staying smooth and light. This is a beer that will get those boots scootin’.
Double IPA 8.5% ABV
An IPA that is great anytime, anywhere. No need to wait for any cingular time of the day to enjoy this juicy beer. It’s always ready to show off it’s razr sharp flavors of El Dorado, Citra, and Mosaic Hops. So, grab your sidekick and sprint on over for one (or two).
Brett Sour with Passion Fruit 7.2% ABV
A limited Southern Funkadelic beer. We aged 1.5lbs of passion fruit per gallon on multiple strains of Brettanomyces as long as we could stand. This mixture produces barnyard funk and tart, tropical fruit. We definitely aren’t sorry, Ms. Jackson, for producing this hit.
Sour Farmhouse with Blueberries 7% ABV
The baby is back and it’s bigger. Originally created a few years ago to commemorate Chase Healey of American Solera’s First born. We have brought this favorite back with 1.5lbs of Oregon Blueberries per gallon. This beer is the Halle Berry of Blueberry Sours; It’s beautiful, sour and fruit forward. Enjoy as much as you can, because you never know when it’s going to be gone.
Rye on Tart Cherries 7% ABV
Born of Minnesota Rye and 1.5 lbs per gallon of Oregon Tart Cherries, this beer has been called the Prince of Beers. It’s smooth but provocative. Spicy yet restrained. Imagine Prince eating a rye bread sandwich with banana peppers, no shirt, and singing you to sleep. You just get it.
Tin City Cider – Damn Gina! 7.5% ABV
A little peach, a little honey, and some green apple funk.
Big Oak Kombucha – Prickly Pear Lime Ginger (Non Alcoholic)
Fans of ginger beer and unique fruit combinations rave about this one. The lime helps bring out the tartness of the prickly pear cactus, which some say tastes somewhere between raspberry and kiwi.
